YXE Wedding Collective provides wedding planning, coordination, vendor referrals, and related services. Specific services, deliverables, and fees will be set out in your signed service agreement or invoice.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or booking services, you confirm that you are:

- Authorized to enter into a binding contract.
3. Quotes, Bookings & Payments
- Quotes are valid for the time stated in the quote.
- A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to confirm services.
- Full payment terms (amounts, due dates, accepted methods) will be set out in your service agreement or invoice.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services, cancellation of bookings, or additional charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
- Refunds (if any) are subject to timelines and conditions outlined in your service agreement.
- We are not responsible for refunds from third-party vendors you engage (venues, caterers, photographers, etc.).
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed to deliver services.
- Ensure you have authority to share third-party personal information with us (e.g., guest details).
- Maintain insurance or other protections for your event if required.
- Comply with applicable laws and venue rules.
6. Vendor & Third-Party Services
We may recommend or coordinate third-party vendors (photographers, florists, venues, etc.), but we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, products, or services. Your contracts with third parties are independent agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- YXE Wedding Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, emotional distress, missed opportunities) arising from your use of our website or services.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, venue closures, or power/internet outages.
9. Intellectual Property
- Website content (logos, text, graphics, layouts) is owned by YXE Wedding Collective unless otherwise noted.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.
- Clients may use materials provided for their wedding/event (e.g., schedules, checklists) for personal use only.

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such handling.
